Meet the Executive Officers

Bruce K. Nelson

Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Oryx Development Corporation, held similar positions for various Development and Golf and Leisure Companies throughout the United States and the Middle East.

For more than 15 Years, he was President of an independent consulting collaborative. The company provided management and consulting services for real estate development focusing on acquisition and disposition strategies, strategic planning and critical path development. These services resulted in cash savings in excess of $100 Million dollars and sales of more than $600 Million dollars.

Fraser M. K. Tennant

President and Co-Founder of Oryx Development Corporation. A Fellow of Chartered Accountants (FCA) and Former President and Chief Executive Officer of various companies in the Leisure, Construction, Energy, Manufacturing and Marketing industries throughout the United States, Europe and the Middle East.

For over a decade he has worked extensively in the Middle East for members of Middle Eastern Royal Families developing business opportunities. His special areas of expertise are global start-ups, acquisitions, turnarounds and fold-ins. Over this time period he has developed and completed investigations, analysis and development of business opportunities and operated worldwide projects ranging from US$3 million to US$600 million.

Daryl M. Spradley

Executive Vice President, of Marketing and Product Development, he has over 30 years of successful involvement in every aspect of development; construction, marketing and sales of over 500 projects throughout the United States. He has served as the senior vice president of one the United States largest public relations and marketing support firms specializing in the real estate industry. His "hands-on" operational experience includes several positions where he was involved with sales and marketing, participating builder programs, and community, amenity and especially product planning for large-scale developments.

Patricia F. Orenstein

Executive Vice President of Project Coordination. She is a former President of an independent construction company specializing in residential construction and has had successful involvement and experience in the construction and retail industries.
